Dispatch and Delivery Times

  • UK Deliveries: arrive within 3 to 4 days.

  • International Deliveries: arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. (Please ensure all address details comply with local postal standards to avoid delivery issues).

Your order will only be dispatched to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate and filled in full. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once the order has been delivered as per your instructions. While we always try to meet the delivery times quoted, these are not guaranteed. Once the order leaves our premises, postal delays are beyond our control.

Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us for assistance.

Import Fees: Some international orders may incur import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees vary and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us immediately.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty (excluding postal service damage), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including images of the item. An exchange may be possible if the original item is returned in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed once the item is received in its original condition. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, but these will be refunded if the item was faulty or damaged through no fault of the customer. Items must be returned via tracked post with proof of posting.

Refunds: If you are unhappy with your purchase or if it is damaged, please contact us. Return the item in its original packaging within 30 days. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm if the refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned via tracked post with proof of posting.

Return of Undeliverable items: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. In such cases, customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for resending the package. If you choose to cancel the order instead of reshipping, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. The original shipping fee will not be refunded, as this cost has already been incurred.
